The Corsair 31 Ultimate Cruiser combines performance with the ultimate in cruising accommodations. The forepeak area houses the head, shower, wet/dry storage and hanging locker. The Corsair 31 Center-cockpit cruiser is essentially an Ultimate Cruiser with the head moved from the forepeak and situated in the main cabin, forward to port. This allows for a V-berth in the forepeak. The Corsair 31CC can be ordered with a carbon rig and |
retractable bowsprit for lighter weight and increased speed; this was once referred to as the "R" version, no longer in production. Please note that all configurations of the Corsair 31 have PHRF ratings for racing but only the Corsair 31-1D is a one design class. |

The brand new 2004 Corsair 31-1D extreme racing machine is Corsair's newest version of the venerable Corsair 31. Boasting what is arguably the best racing performance and handling a production sailboat can offer, it is ideal for the experienced sailor who wants the ultimate performance on the race course, faster than a 70-footer with a crew of three or four (that's affordable!).
